• Problem: the crop was bad — the "MapleLogic" wordmark from the original was partially visible at the bottom
• Ralph confirmed: he wants just the circuit maple leaf icon — no text, no wordmark, fully visible, transparent background

• Regeneration attempted Feb 27 but Gemini image API was down (persistent 503 errors)
• Background retry running (nova-atlas session, up to 10 attempts every 2 min)
