• Ralph explicitly requires: check /var/log/maplelogic-studio.log for active Veo jobs BEFORE any systemctl restart maplelogic-studio
• Active job = recent "Scene X:" lines with no "Listening on" after them
• If job is running: do NOT restart — tell Ralph and wait for confirmation
• This rule has no exceptions. Violating it kills Veo jobs mid-run (5-15 min wasted)
• Added to TOOLS.md as permanent reminder
